The grading matrix provides criteria for assessing individual cadets on their effort, critical thinking, task completion, and citizenship skills. It also provides criteria for assessing groups on their problem solving, uncovering new aspects of the issue, organization, and preparation of their presenter. Scores will be given in each category on a scale of superior, above average, average, below average, or almost none.
